Structure of the SAiling Course
Although we recognise the fundamental importance of the theoretical concepts that underpin sailing, our courses emphasise practice: much of the theory is done directly on the boat or by taking advantage of moments of ‘calm’ wind.
Our sailing courses and school also provide an opportunity to socialise, meet new people and broaden one’s cultural horizons.
The basic sailing course consists of 8 lessons of 2 hours and 30 minutes each. One lesson will be purely theoretical, the remaining 7 will be practical (boat trips).
Note:
All Sailing School and Sailing Course students will be duly registered before the start of the course.
Federal insurance cover in the event of a trainee’s injury only operates from the moment of the telematic registration.

Maybe you've never been on a boat to sail and you don't know how your body might react, take a biodramine tablet before setting off and you'll see that you'll be much less prone to feelings of nausea and vomiting. - A hat can save the day. One is not always aware of this, but spending hours in the sea without a head covering, especially in summer, can easily lead to sunstroke with associated discomfort (nausea and high fever). Therefore, don't forget to bring a sun hat on board, and if you should forget it, make up for it with a wet garment (e.g. a spare T-shirt or beach towel). And while you're at it, don't forget a nice pair of sunglasses either!
-
For the same reasons as above, i.e. more hours of direct exposure to the sun, a 30 or 50 sunscreen cream is highly recommended. Don't skimp on using it throughout the day by spread it on all exposed body parts, including the face.
Take a look at those who have already tried it. Guaranteed relaxation.
