The Yacht - Accomodation
Our sailboat, a 44-footer with a teak cockpit and interior, is very cosy both outdoors and indoors.
The boat offers 4 cabins with a total of 8 berths.
The forward cabin offers two comfortable berths (double) and a spacious lounge. A cabin is added with no. 2 single beds (bunks) and others 2 aft cabins, each with double bed.
The boat-accomodation offers a total of two bathrooms with showers which, by the standard standards of a sailing boat, is considered quite spacious. This is rounded off by a fully equipped kitchen that is just as good as your own home!
Breakfast with typical Sicilian products will be served*.

Ancillary Activities - Sailing Boat Excursions
For sailing enthusiasts, weather permitting, it is possible to organise day or half-day sailing trips with a skipper on the beautiful sea around the city of Catania.
How to book the skipper and the price of excursions will be discussed on site. The price of outings will depend on the number of guests, the duration (half or full day) and the services offered (e.g. with or without lunch on board or aperitif).
Ideal location for visiting the city of Catania
The city’s old harbour, now a marina for pleasure boats, mainly sailing boats, has recently been renovated, giving citizens and tourists a very pleasant promenade along the jetties.
Our boat is beautiful and very spacious, optimally located, a 2-minute walk from Catania’s historical centre. The train and bus stations are within easy walking distance.
The pier where the boat is moored offers 24-hour security and free parking all day. The adjacent neighbourhood is quiet and very liveable; within a few minutes you can reach traditional restaurants and the city’s main monuments.
The city’s main cultural and monumental attractions, as well as bars, restaurants, theatres and public gardens, are within easy walking distance from the port.
